Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver to join our team at Greentech Renewables. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of goods and materials within our warehouse and to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload merchandise from trucks and stock shelves
  • Operate a 26ft box/flatbed truck for deliveries to residential homes
  • Receive and process incoming freight
  • Keep a clean and organized warehouse
  • Stock material on shelves and pick orders
  • Process returns from customers and vendors
  • Operate a Microsoft-based computer system

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving history
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, occasionally 70 pounds with a team lift
  • Good mechanical skills
  • Willingness to learn and perform industry-specific tasks
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Willingness to undergo a background check
  • Basic math skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to operate a forklift
  • Interact with customers in a professional manner

Working Conditions:

Warehouse environment and outdoor conditions, including extreme temperatures.

Compensation:

The compensation range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00 hourly.

Supervisory Responsibilities: No

Essential Job Functions:

  • Legally operate a motor vehicle and maintain a driving record that meets company standards
  • Load all order fulfillment materials onto the truck for delivery and unload at delivery
  • Communicate any vehicle mechanical problems to the direct supervisor
  • Perform daily inspection and maintenance on company vehicle
  • Deliver/pick up merchandise to/from customers and suppliers promptly, efficiently, and in a professional manner
  • Pick up material from vendors
  • Receive incoming freight
  • Keep a clean and organized warehouse
  • Stock material on shelves
  • Pick orders which will require leaning down throughout the day
  • Processing returns from customers and vendors
  • Operate a Microsoft-based computer system
