Position Overview:
The University of Utah School of Medicine is seeking a dedicated and experienced Developmental Pediatrician to join our esteemed Divisions of General Pediatrics and Pediatric Neurology.

Role Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive outpatient neurodevelopmental clinical services within the University Developmental Assessment Clinics (UDAC), including the Child Development Program, and collaborating closely with the Division of Pediatric Neurology.

This role involves working alongside a multidisciplinary team comprising developmental pediatricians, nurse practitioners, speech-language pathologists, occupational and physical therapists, registered nurses, psychologists, and pediatric neurologists. Together, the team will conduct assessments and provide diagnoses for children at risk of developmental challenges and those requiring neurological care.

Clinical Environment:
Clinical duties will be performed at multiple locations, ensuring access to quality care for our patients. The position also entails engaging in academic pursuits, including education, research, and administrative responsibilities, while advocating for children with special health care needs.

Qualifications:
Applicants must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurodevelopmental Pediatrics, with substantial experience in the evaluation and treatment of children and adolescents, particularly those with developmental disabilities and neurodevelopmental disorders.
