Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Technician to join our team at Green Home Solutions of West Hartford. As a key member of our service team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service and support visits, ensuring seamless execution and maximum efficiency.
  • Effectively manage all testing, remediation, and services to guarantee adherence to best practices.
  • Utilize the POS/CRM system to complete jobs accurately and collaborate with the team to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Satisfy customer needs by offering tailored recommendations and briefings, leveraging accurate procedures and protocols.
  • Maintain customer loyalty by employing creativity and ingenuity to investigate problems, identify resolutions, suggest enhanced add-on services, and recommend improvements.
  • Deliver exceptional service to existing accounts by analyzing work orders, planning daily travel schedules, reviewing concerns, conducting tests, and resolving issues.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Technical degree or certification, or willingness to obtain certification in GHS offered courses
  • Awareness of health and safety issues and ability to adapt to varying work schedules and flexible shifts
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and self-management skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check and adhere to company policies

Estimated annual salary: $60,000 - $80,000 based on location and experience.
