Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Specialist to join our team at Continental Realty. As a Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for leasing apartment homes in a fast-paced and competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective lead management strategies to convert leads to tours and tours to residents.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to meet the ongoing needs of existing residents.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and residents to determine the best solution.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Previous leasing experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Self-motivation and drive to achieve results.
  • Ability to work rotating Saturdays.
