Nurses First Solutions is seeking a skilled Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and education to patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and analyze patient health status and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments prescribed by physicians and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families about disease prevention, health promotion, and the management of chronic health conditions.
  • Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide acute care as needed.
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards of nursing practice.
