Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled administrative support specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to financial advisors and management, assist with insurance-related tasks, and facilitate tax documentation and preparation support. Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to financial advisors and management
- Assist with insurance-related tasks, including Medicare and individual insurance processes
- Facilitate tax documentation and preparation support
- Manage correspondence, scheduling, and office communications
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create reports, spreadsheets, and presentations

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in an office setting, preferably in a financial or advisory environment. Familiarity with tax preparation and financial documentation is highly preferred. You should also possess proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality are essential.
