  • Greet and assist visitors with a warm smile and provide top-notch customer service.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
Requirements
  • Prior administrative experience is essential.
  • A stable work history is crucial for this role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.
  • Accurate data entry abilities are necessary.
  • Attention to detail is vital for this position.
  • A proactive attitude and desire to create a positive experience for others are highly valued.
  • The ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks with great organizational skills is essential.
