Home Health Care Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide to join our team at Assisting Hands Home Care. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to live their retirement years with dignity and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide medication reminders and assistance with daily living activities
- Support clients with mobility issues, such as transferring and ambulation
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or Personal Care Assistant preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
