As a Production Assembly Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the assembly of Wind Turbine Nacelles. This role emphasizes safety and quality while you learn and grow in your position.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Thursday, 5 AM - 3:30 PM (Fridays off)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate manufacturing equipment with efficiency and safety.
2. Follow detailed work instructions and engage in manual assembly processes.
3. Fit and assemble components such as bolts, screws, and bearings.
4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with 5S principles.
5. Meet production standards and contribute to team objectives.
6. Ensure all tasks are completed with high safety and quality standards.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to read and understand instructions and memos.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to perform tasks that require climbing, kneeling, and bending.
- Must be capable of working in a noisy industrial environment and wearing necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
