Respiratory Care Practitioner Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our team at Fairchild Medical Center. As a Respiratory Care Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing respiratory therapy to patients in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform all functions outlined in the Policy and Procedure of the Respiratory Care Department, under medical direction and direct supervision.
  • Provide emergency services, therapeutics, and department record keeping.
  • Conduct minor preventative maintenance, cleaning, and processing of department equipment.
Requirements:
  • Current certificate from the Board of Medical Quality Assurance Respiratory Care Examining Committee, Department of Consumer Affairs, State of California.
  • BLS and NRP certification required. ACLS and PALS certification preferred.
