Job Title: Respiratory Care Practitioner Cardiopulmonary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our team at Fairchild Medical Center. As a Respiratory Care Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing respiratory therapy to patients in need.

Job Summary:

Under medical direction and direct supervision, performs all functions outlined in the Policy and Procedure of the Respiratory Care Department. This includes but is not limited to emergency services, therapeutics, department record keeping, minor preventative maintenance, cleaning and processing of department equipment and related tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory therapy to patients in need, including emergency services and therapeutics.
  • Perform department record keeping and minor preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Clean and process department equipment and related tasks.
Requirements:
  • Current certificate from the Board of Medical Quality Assurance Respiratory Care Examining Committee, Department of Consumer Affairs, State of California required.
  • BLS and NRP required.
  • ACLS and PALS preferred.
