About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to meet customer demands and drive business growth.
- Manage and maintain a high-performing team, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and process improvements.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in aerospace.
- US citizen or green card holder.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, or evidence of exceptional ability.
- 2+ years of experience with CAD software.
- Strong hands-on engineering skills and a passion for working in a factory environment.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in lab/chemical processes and implementing quality systems.
- Familiarity with small-team environments and investment casting.
- 3D printing experience, especially SLA.
