**Job Summary**

As the Operations Manager of Uline's rapidly growing Washington branch, you will be responsible for leading and influencing a high-performing team to drive the delivery of excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversee the operations of Uline's Washington branch, including the Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, HR, IT, and Facilities departments.
  • Supervise branch departments to consistently ensure impeccable customer service.
  • Ensure the 800,000 square foot distribution center grounds always exceed company standards.
  • Support recruitment and retention of top-tier talent and assist with employee relations.
  • Provide hands-on senior management and drive accountability through performance feedback.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years of experience in operations or general management.
  • Warehouse, call center, and/or sales experience a plus.
  • Experience supervising personnel.
  • Limited overnight travel.
