Job Summary

The Bus Server position is a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dining areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and that our facilities are always clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the dining area for cleanliness and newly vacant tables
  • Clean and sanitize tables and seats according to company standards
  • Transport bus pans to the dish room and break down the bus pan and sort china and silverware
  • Change soaking solutions in the silverware holding pans
  • Assist in preparing silverware for daily usage
  • Patrool assigned station, refill water and coffee, remove service items and condiments per establishment procedures
  • Properly clean and fill table condiments (salt & pepper, sugar, napkins, ketchup and mustard bottles)
  • Clean, sweep, and mop floors
Requirements
  • Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
  • Frequently immerses hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions
  • Requires the ability to lift/push objects weighing over 40 lbs.
  • Requires the ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
