About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Yard Associate to join our team at Master Halco. As a key member of our warehouse and yard operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Operations: Accurately load trucks for outgoing shipments, receive and put away inbound material, and complete work orders and receive documents accurately.
  • Yard Operations: Rotate yard stock, safely move materials using a forklift, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Work with the team to ensure branch success and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • 1+ year experience in a warehouse/yard position.
  • Able to lift/move heavy materials (up to 60lbs) on occasion.
  • Forklift experience (sit-down) is highly desired.
  • Ability to read, write and perform basic math functions required.
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed.
  • Experience with building materials is a plus.
