About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at WorldMark Depoe Bay Resort. As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and quality of our resort units, providing exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, to the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring total guest satisfaction and resolving issues to their satisfaction.
  • Replenish supplies, such as kitchenware and toiletries, and maintain a well-stocked inventory of linens and cleaning materials.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in housekeeping and customer service.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
