Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Pet Department Manager.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the pet department, including care, maintenance, and sales.

You will provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Additionally, you will implement sales-promoting measures, accurately process transactions, and contribute to the store's appearance and maintenance.

Requirements
  • Completed commercial training or equivalent experience in retail
  • In-depth knowledge of small animals
  • Certification according to § 11 of the Animal Welfare Act in the field of small animals is desirable and can be obtained through further training
  • Enjoyment of providing advice and ability to engage customers with an open and friendly demeanor
  • Willingness to help and work as part of a team
