Role Overview
This position necessitates a robust background in Capital Markets, complemented by extensive product knowledge. The selected candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements from business stakeholders and guiding them through to implementation.
The Business Analyst will support both Business and Technology managers with various analytical tasks, including:
- Requirements gathering and documentation of process workflows
- Identifying process inefficiencies and creating process flow diagrams
- Preparing materials for management meetings
- Developing test plans and related documentation
- Conducting user testing as required and collaborating closely with QA/Development teams to ensure alignment with business needs
Responsibilities include:
- Acting as a liaison to facilitate communication between business and technology teams
- Taking ownership of processes and technology solutions; leading sessions for requirements gathering and design
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, functional specifications, test plans, user guides, and release documentation
- Monitoring project timelines and deliverables, assisting development and QA teams to ensure timely project completion
- Working with business users to provide training, address inquiries, assess user needs, and recommend enhancements

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
