The ideal candidate will have a passion for cardiology and experience working in a similar role. They will be responsible for educating patients and their families about their care and treatment plans, as well as coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient outcomes.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide medical services to patients with cardiology structural heart disease
- Educate patients and their families about their care and treatment plans
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient outcomes
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care
- BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association
- Nurse Practitioner certification from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation
- Master's degree of Nursing
