Job Title: Supply & Demand Planner

Join SEB Professional North America as a Supply & Demand Planner and play a crucial role in ensuring optimal supply chain operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective supply and demand planning strategies to meet customer needs while minimizing costs and complexity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, service, and marketing, to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to inform inventory management and supply chain decisions.
  • Identify and mitigate potential supply chain disruptions, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Manage inventory levels, including safety stock, lead times, and customer/supplier collaboration.
  • Develop and implement action plans to reduce obsolete and slow-moving inventory (SLOBS).
  • Work closely with product development and central teams to manage product life cycles.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a planning role, with a strong sense of urgency and customer-centricity.
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to take calculated risks and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Commercial and business awareness, with a deep understanding of supply chain operations.
  • LEAN mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • SAP experience a plus.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $70,000 - $87,000 DOE.
  • Generous benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) program, and on-site gym.
  • Hybrid working schedule, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
