Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our Mobility Connectivity Platform. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering product roadmaps, managing team resources, and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather market requirements and translate them into actionable product plans
  • Manage product budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful product launches
  • Develop and maintain product requirements documents, product backlogs, and product roadmaps
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders, including executive leadership
  • Drive business outcomes through data-driven decision making and customer-centric design thinking
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical products
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering or managing engineering teams
  • Demonstrated experience working with global teams, strong collaboration, and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic
  • Highly motivated self-starter with experience working with Scaled Agile Framework development teams
  • Demonstrated experience influencing and leading cross-functional teams to drive and deliver business cases
  • Fast learner and comfortable with technical details, with credibility with the engineering community
  • Demonstrated experience understanding of customer-focused design thinking process
  • Are productive, able to identify key issues, prioritize time, and deliver results consistently
  • Passionate about solving problems for customers and can define compelling products that address those needs
  • Experience with executive stakeholder management
  • Bachelor's degree, CS degree, or equivalent experience preferred (MBA/master's degree a plus)
  • Experience in Aviation and/or Maritime industry a plus
  • Able to travel up to 20%
