Responsibilities:
As a Sales Representative, you will operate within your designated territory, engaging with small to medium-sized business owners and key decision-makers to present premier supplemental insurance products and services.
- Respond to inquiries from clients
- Arrange follow-up meetings with prospective and existing clients
- Participate in team meetings and calls
- Reach out to new businesses and referrals
- Develop and nurture your own client portfolio
- Submit weekly working hours to your sales manager
- Track and report daily sales activities and metrics
What We Provide:

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 annually
Additional Requirements:
- Current licensing in Health & Life general lines or willingness to obtain it (licensing reimbursement available).
- A Bachelor’s degree or at least 4 years of relevant professional experience. Candidates nearing degree completion or those with specialized outside sales experience may also be considered.
Work Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
