Responsibilities:

As a Sales Representative, you will operate within your designated territory, engaging with small to medium-sized business owners and key decision-makers to present premier supplemental insurance products and services.

  • Respond to inquiries from clients
  • Arrange follow-up meetings with prospective and existing clients
  • Participate in team meetings and calls
  • Reach out to new businesses and referrals
  • Develop and nurture your own client portfolio
  • Submit weekly working hours to your sales manager
  • Track and report daily sales activities and metrics

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 annually

Additional Requirements:

  • Current licensing in Health & Life general lines or willingness to obtain it (licensing reimbursement available).
  • A Bachelor’s degree or at least 4 years of relevant professional experience. Candidates nearing degree completion or those with specialized outside sales experience may also be considered.

Work Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts
