Key Responsibilities:

The Operations Team Leader will assist customers in navigating the car wash process, present membership options, supervise daily activities, ensure compliance with opening and closing protocols, and uphold a clean and safe environment for all customers.

Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the General Manager

Employment Status: Non-Exempt

Physical Requirements:
