PrideStaff is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Facility Maintenance Tech to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Routine Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Equipment Repair: Troubleshoot and repair broken or malfunctioning equipment, including mechanical and electrical components.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose minor issues and test equipment to determine if major repairs are needed.
- Installation and Assembly: Install and assemble new equipment, and connect power supply wires to machines and equipment.
- Emergency Repairs: Respond to equipment malfunctions and perform emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
Up to $32.00 per hour.
