- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland or eligibility to practice due to Compact state agreements.
- Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- One year of previous RN experience required.
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required upon hire.
- Unit-specific certification requirements (PALS, ACLS, NRP) must be met.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Experience in medical-surgical or acute care settings.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records and computer systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
