NICU Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate NICU Registered Nurse to join our team at the Greater Baltimore Medical Center Healthcare. As a NICU Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns and their families, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care.
Responsibilities:- Provide individualized care to newborns and their families, addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating scientific and psychosocial principles to support the nursing diagnosis.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, including medication administration, IV therapy, and treatments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Associate Degree from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
- Current registration with the Maryland State Board of Examiners of Nurses as a Registered Nurse.
- Completion of Healthcare Provider CPR course, bi-annually.
- Two years Registered Nurse experience required in the specific specialty area.
