Job Overview:
We are looking for a qualified and licensed massage therapist to become a vital part of our wellness collective.

The perfect candidate will possess a comprehensive knowledge of human anatomy and various massage modalities, outstanding communication abilities, and a dedication to delivering top-notch service to clients.

As a licensed massage therapist, your role will involve evaluating clients' needs and preferences while providing high-quality, personalized massage experiences.


Key Responsibilities:
Deliver professional-grade massages, utilizing techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and hot stone therapies.
Tailor massages to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client.
Keep thorough treatment records.
Inform clients about the advantages of regular massage as part of their wellness journey.
Promote additional services and products as necessary.
Adhere to hygiene standards and comply with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other health professionals, including chiropractors and physiotherapists, as required.
Participate in ongoing education and training sessions to maintain licensure and enhance skill sets.

Qualifications:
Valid state license for massage therapy practice.
Completion of an accredited massage therapy program.
Expertise in various massage techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
Strong passion for helping others through the therapeutic benefits of massage.
Professional demeanor and appearance.

Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
Certification in additional specialized techniques or therapies is a plus.
Experience working with a diverse clientele.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Capacity to perform massages for several hours daily.
Ability to lift and transport equipment and supplies weighing up to 20 lbs.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range and benefits package will be based on experience and qualifications.
