Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Behavioral Therapist to join our team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans, providing supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating naturalistic teaching strategies and trauma-informed care
  • Provide supervision and training to RBTs, ensuring they have the necessary skills and support to deliver high-quality care
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, SLPs, and OTs, to ensure comprehensive treatment packages and optimal outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in ABA
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our team, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance our services and outcomes

Requirements
  • Master's Degree encompassing behavior analytic content
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
