As a leader, you will mentor and develop the accounting team to promote a high-performance culture. Your expertise in financial analysis and reporting will enable you to prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the Board of Directors.

Collaboration with operational teams will be key to understanding business performance and providing financial insights. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, with experience in the gaming and hospitality industries highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance is essential. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite is also required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities is a must.
