Adecco is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance function and ensure optimal equipment performance on 1st shift. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring production goals are met with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure installation, repair, and preventive maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and timely, working closely with production for minimal downtime.
  • Track and report Key Performance Indicators for the maintenance function, including suppliers, vendors, reliability, and overall effectiveness.
  • Provide long-term solutions and day-to-day support for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and equipment failures.
  • Train employees on proper work methods and safety procedures.
  • Allocate resources appropriately to accomplish tasks, including manpower, tools, and supplies, ensuring tasks are completed in accordance with USDA regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed and inventory.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 2+ years supervisory experience in maintenance in a heavy industrial manufacturing setting.
  • Advanced technical skills in ammonia refrigeration, high-pressure boiler, compressed air, mechanical, and electrical fields (e.g., PLCs, instrumentation, mechanical engineering, etc.).
  • Ability to lead resource planning efforts in a large manufacturing environment with knowledge of maintenance systems, work order processes, preventive/predictive maintenance, TPM, inventory, and scheduling software.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
