Opportunity: Consultant or Senior Consultant

As a Consultant or Senior Consultant at ECG, you will play a vital role in our consulting initiatives. You will collaborate with industry experts to achieve your professional goals while making a meaningful impact on healthcare delivery. Expectations:

  • Strong passion for the healthcare sector.
  • Previous experience in healthcare consulting or within a provider organization.
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a health-related field is preferred; a master's degree in business administration or a health-related field is advantageous.
  • Experience in healthcare consulting is preferred; candidates with progressive responsibilities in healthcare environments will also be considered.
  • Demonstrated analytical, diagnostic, and quantitative skills.

Compensation and Benefits

ECG offers a competitive compensation package, including an estimated base salary range of $110,000 - $138,000 annually, along with participation in our annual incentive compensation program.
