Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team at Investment Property Group (IPG). As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our conventional apartment community in Everett, WA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in all aspects of leasing, including touring, accepting and processing applications, phones, and call backs.
  • Foster a positive, active, and collaborative relationship with residents, communities, and associated agencies.
  • Accept and complete Notice to Vacate forms, prepare correspondence, and complete tenant move-ins and move-outs in compliance with company procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Community Manager.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in multi-family leasing.
  • Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook).
  • Ability to build rapport with clients, learn quickly, and pay attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.
  • Bonus skills: knowledge of Yardi, RealPage, Lead2Lease, Onsite, OPS, and bilingual capabilities.
