Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team at Investment Property Group. As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting with all aspects of leasing, including touring, accepting and processing applications, and fostering positive relationships with residents and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with leasing activities, including touring, applications, and phone calls
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, communities, and associated agencies
  • Process Notice to Vacate forms and prepare correspondence
  • Complete tenant move-ins and move-outs in compliance with company procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in multi-family leasing
  • Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook)
  • Ability to build rapport with clients, learn quickly, and pay attention to detail
  • Strong negotiation skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
