Job Summary

We are seeking an Environmental Cleaning Specialist to work in our Compactor/Chute Cleaning department to maintain a clean and safe environment in our building. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating the compactor and maintaining the trash chute and compactor room.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean Chutes and Doors, including the compactor.
  • Assist with unloading and loading delivery trucks and stage chute pieces.
  • Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
  • Notify Job Supervisor of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
  • Stock and maintain supplies.
  • Cooperate with the rest of the staff.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and wear proper safety equipment.
  • Knowledge of cleaning and supplies.
  • Read a tape measure.
  • Integrity.
  • Use of hand tools and power tools.
  • Be able to operate high-pressure steam cleaners.
  • Able to lift 50+ Lbs.
  • Follow instructions.
  • Must Have a Drivers License.
