SLP - Speech Language Pathologist - Hospital Based - Full Time

Central Nebraska Rehabilitation Services is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Lincoln, NE. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital-based practice.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients using appropriate Speech Pathology techniques and develop individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing skills.
- Assure the quality of patient care by providing hands-on assessment, treatment, and direction to subordinate staff on matters of treatment.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to exchange, discuss, and evaluate patient information for planning, modifying, and coordinating treatment plans.
- Document progress, discharge summaries, home programs, and other required documentation in a timely manner.
- Participate in continuing education activities and obtain required contact hours to stay current with best practices in Speech Pathology.
- Must be licensed as a Registered Speech Pathologist in the state of Nebraska.
- Must hold active ASHA Certification and abide by ASHA Code of Ethics.
- Must have completed or be in the process of completing CFY.
