Job Title: Sr. Construction Superintendent, MEP

The Sr. Construction Superintendent, MEP will play a crucial role in the success of our construction projects. This individual will work closely with various departments, including project management, infrastructure engineering, and procurement, to ensure the timely completion of projects while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all on-site construction activities, including scheduling and managing trade contractors, utility installations, and vendor tool installations.
  • Ensure effective communication with key project stakeholders, job site personnel, and the Project Manager.
  • Drive the project schedule and escalate construction issues to management as needed.
  • Develop and implement logistics and operational plans, including Quality Assurance Inspections.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by adhering to applicable state and OSHA regulations.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly site progress reports.
  • Ensure the job site is organized, clean, and safe, including contractor trailers, fabrication areas, and stored materials/equipment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of MEP construction experience.
  • Previous experience as a Superintendent on industrial facility construction, Brownfield construction, building renovation, or tenant improvement projects.
  • Ability to work in a high-performance, cross-functional organization with tight timelines and aggressive goals.
  • OSHA 30 certification, current First Aid and CPR Certification, or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and environmental regulations, including NEC & NFPA 70E.
  • Understanding of construction design documents and ability to provide constructability feedback.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, office email system, and scheduling tools.
