Responsibilities:- Provide direct and indirect patient care in a clinic setting, meeting the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Assist medical providers with clinical procedures, exams, and treatments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements and Bitterroot Health policies.
- BLS or higher certification required; LPNs must be licensed in Montana, while Medical Assistants must be certified through an accredited NCCA exam.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cooperatively with all staff members.
- Ability to maintain high standards of patient care and adhere to laws, regulations, and internal policies.
