We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Infusion RN to join our team at Amerita. As an Infusion RN, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in our infusion services.
Responsibilities:- Provide professional nursing care to patients receiving infusion therapy, adhering to policies and procedures, and state laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff, physicians, and patients to develop and monitor treatment plans.
- Assess patients and establish individualized plans of care, managing vascular access devices and educating patients and caregivers.
- Evaluate patient progress and make recommendations for changes in treatment plans as needed.
- Coordinate nursing care with home health and other community agencies as indicated.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Valid nursing license in state(s) of practice.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous infusion and home health care experience preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
- Flexible schedule with the availability to work a variety of shift models.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
