Position Summary:

This role involves providing direct clinical patient care. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis, as well as at the unit level. The role also encompasses supervising staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. The position is accountable for supporting the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, as well as the competency of clinical staff and effective resource management related to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills, serving as a role model and advocate for the nursing profession.

Qualifications:

Education:

Required: Graduation from a state-approved or accredited nursing school.
Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree).

Certifications:

Required: Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as mandated by law, regulation in the state of practice, or policy; CPR certification.

Note: Sign-on bonus does not apply to internal applicants.

Pay Range: $79.36 hourly.

Individual wages are determined based on various factors, including qualifications and experience.
