Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Hemodialysis Care Specialist to join our team at Satellite Healthcare. As a key member of our hemodialysis team, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, following Satellite policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and treatment setup
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Current certification as a Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) or equivalent required
  • At least 6 months of experience in hemodialysis patient care
