Hibbett Retail, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hub Driver to transport merchandise between locations. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities- Delivery and Logistics: Adhere to delivery schedules, complete shipment logs, and load, secure, and protect products in delivery vehicles.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine vehicle inspections, maintain a clean and orderly vehicle, and adhere to state and federal break requirements.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service skills when interacting with store personnel and customers.
- Documentation: Document all vehicle movement on daily route sheets and maintain accurate records.
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience: 3 years of experience driving and a proven track record of safe driving.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills throughout all levels of the organization.
- Attention to Detail: Possess attention to detail, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift 30 pounds and meet the physical demands of the job.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficient in applicable technology such as GPS and Time Clocks.
- Background Check: Pass a background check and maintain insurability through Hibbett Retail, Inc.'s insurance vendor.
