Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled caregiver to join our team as a Field Care Specialist. This role requires a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional care to clients in the field, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist the recruiter with onboarding activities, paperwork, and other administrative tasks.
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide a positive first impression of our company.
  • Review electronic Care Notes over the weekend and submit a report to the Client Care Supervisor by Monday morning.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of paid caregiving experience.
  • Office experience with answering phones, scanning, filing, and audits is preferred, but a willingness to learn and great communication skills will be considered.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm, with 2 hours of flexible weekend work.
