Caregiver Liaison

We are seeking an experienced caregiver to join our team as a Field Specialist/Recruiting Assistant. This hybrid role will involve working in the field and in the office, providing exceptional care to our clients and supporting our recruiting efforts.

• Provide on-call support during the week, handling client and case-related tasks.
• Assist the recruiter with onboarding activities, paperwork, and other office duties.
• Greet visitors and answer phones in a professional and courteous manner.
• Review electronic Care Notes over the weekend and submit a report to the Client Care Supervisor by Monday morning.

• At least 1 year of paid caregiving experience required.
• Office experience with answering phones, scanning, filing, and audits is preferred, but a willingness to learn and great communication skills will be considered.

Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm, with 2 hours of flexible weekend work.
