Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Health Services Technician to join our team at Aspire Behavioral Health & Developmental Disability Services.
About the Role:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with physical disabilities, developmental disabilities, mental health, and/or addictive diseases.
- Assist consumers in learning daily living skills and participate in recreational and social activities.
- Accompany consumers to appointments and activities, observing and documenting consumer behavior.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Six months of experience performing direct care activities, basic nursing procedures, and/or training for persons with physical disabilities, developmental disabilities, mental health, and/or addictive diseases.
- Proof of having registered with the Selective Services System required for male applicants between 18 and 26 years old.
What We Offer:
- An estimated salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including pre-employment physical, fingerprint criminal records investigation, and random alcohol/drug testing.
