Job Description:

The Mixing Operations Associate will be tasked with providing support across various roles within the mixing department based on daily production needs.

Responsibilities include ensuring product quality throughout the production stages, maintaining effective communication with fellow mixing team members, maintenance staff, and supervisors, while adhering to safety protocols and working efficiently under the guidance of the mixing or shift supervisor.


Specific Job Duties & Tasks:


1. Mixing and Producing Batches of Dough
2. Mixing and Producing Batches of Frosting
3. Accurately weighing and adding the correct amounts of ingredients according to product specifications
4. Conducting Dough Changeovers, Die Changes, Cart Cleaning & Belt Changes
5. Restocking supplies and maintaining a clean work area.
6. Lifting up to 50 lbs
7. Other duties as assigned

Nice to have:
Experience using cart pushers, motorized pallet jacks, and fork-lift trucks.

Shift Information:
This role operates on a rotating schedule: 2 on, 2 off, and every other weekend from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Pay Rate:
Starting rate is $23.77 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential. After 6 months of employment, the hourly rate increases to $24.27 per hour.
