Sinclair is seeking a skilled Newscast Director to lead our production team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct newscasts and productions using Ross Overdrive software
  • Train and supervise production crew members
  • Maintain production studio and control room
  • Perform other tasks related to the position, including website contribution

Requirements:

  • Experience directing newscasts with Ross Overdrive
  • Knowledge of production standards and equipment
  • Ability to provide clear direction to crew under pressure
  • Strong typing and spelling skills
  • College degree preferred
  • Ability to lift and position 40-pound lighting instruments
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
