Position Overview

Role Summary

The Logistics Associate is responsible for managing the flow of goods and materials within the warehouse. This role involves various tasks that ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling returns, including refurbishment and testing, while maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Collaborating with seller support to address and resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinating with the team in China regarding testing and refurbishment processes.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

  • Capability to lift weights up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience in operating a forklift is advantageous; training will be provided.
  • Basic computer proficiency is required; additional training will be available.
  • Must demonstrate self-motivation, attention to detail, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Willingness to work overtime during peak periods.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental insurance.
  • Paid holidays and vacation time.
  • Competitive hourly wage of $19.00.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Payment is issued biweekly.
  • Standard work schedule consists of 8-hour shifts.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position requires in-person attendance at the warehouse facility.
