Position: Estimator

Role Overview:
  • Develop and analyze project budgets while reviewing construction cost assessments.
  • Generate comprehensive reports detailing project expenditures and financial forecasts.
  • Support cost efficiency initiatives and project scheduling.
  • Evaluate design modifications and produce cost analysis documentation.
  • Oversee project timelines and monitor progress effectively.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
- Familiarity with CPM and PERT methodologies.
- Proficient understanding of construction cost estimation techniques.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business is preferred.
