Salary: $56-66/hour based on the candidate's skills and experience.

Overview of Responsibilities: Our client is in search of an Operational Risk Analyst to spearhead regulatory compliance evaluations and risk assessments to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations as well as operational standards.
The role encompasses:
  • Overseeing quality assurance for loans and incentive programs.
  • Analyzing operational risks and implementing strategies to improve efficiency while mitigating regulatory risks.
  • Maintaining and revising Operational Risk procedural documentation.
  • Conducting gap analyses and effectively addressing compliance challenges.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in Operational Risk management, particularly in Mortgage Regulatory Compliance and Risk.
  • Proven track record in conducting Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA).
  • Expertise in process mapping to identify and assess operational risks.
  • Strong proficiency in the MS Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Experience in Risk and Controls Testing.
  • Familiarity with Mortgage and Lending products is preferred.
