Community & Family Resources is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Treatment Specialist - Overnight. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting individuals in their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in completing necessary assessment forms and documents.
  • Orient clients to program services and provide support.
  • Monitor clients' whereabouts and behaviors, offering feedback and guidance as needed.
  • Report client issues to staff and collaborate on solutions.
  • Assist with light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and organization.
  • Provide transportation support for clients to scheduled appointments and activities.
  • Assist with searching client belongings and maintaining a safe environment.
  • Participate in facility rounds and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Assist with data entry and follow-up surveys.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Medication Management Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
  • Lived experience with recovery is a plus.
